Our Instructor

Parul Khanna, is an advanced articol Mindfulness Practioner as well as administrator. Ahe is an IIM Alimini, with degree in BBA. During her studies, she has done extensive research in Psychology and Human Mind. Apart from that, she has always organised Mindfulness events in college as the Student Council Lead.
